As their continuing / interim CFO, we take complete responsibility for the CFO / Head of Finance role of the organization. The interaction model is on-site at the firm’s office and implemented across a clear communication process with Us having direct control of the role Finance & Accounting headed by a Client Lead. We refer to the Chairman, Promoters, Group CFO (for a global corporation) or creditors and oversee the Finance & Accounting department of the group.
